YOU ARE

• Creative and ready to develop the concepts of engagement events and initiatives (from ideation to communication, developing a project plan, metrics, and analyzing the results)
• An experienced coordinator, who managed project groups of up to 5 people, able to set tasks, and control their execution at the Asana digital platform
• Able to think and act locally, as our engagement activities cover not only Bulgaria, but the US, APAC, Mexico, Columbia, Poland and we are expanding rapidly
• Ready to be a team player, including members from different countries
• Creating and expanding communities, staying connected with the market, trends, and all main external/ internal communities
• Analyzing the performance of channels and continuously exploring internal engagement possibilities
• Aware of multi-cultural inclusion and diversity mindset
• An excellent written and verbal communicator/ presenter able to listen, understand, and account for different perspectives
• Possessing Upper-Intermediate Strong English language level

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Planning and organizing corporate celebrations and engagement events
• Managing different projects Social Media campaigns and copywriting for the external audience
• Design brief creation and interpreting ideas for the creative team or designer
• Developing the metrics of engagement & analyzing results
• Community building. Ideation, creation, and facilitation of different formats of events and activities (internal/ external)
• Ordering and delivering branded stuff A Global team
• HR Marketing initiatives in different directions and countries
