About you
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team, who will hire staff, and develop and support employment in our Polish office.
Your day-to-day activities:
- Consulting and supporting employees in HR processes
- Organizing new employee onboarding
- Assisting employees in relocating
- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation
- Conducting activities in the field of hiring
- Analyzing and evaluating recruitment channels
- Cooperating with universities
Your profile:
- 1+ years experience in recruitment (preferably IT)
- 1+ years experience and knowledge of HR processes
- Good knowledge of Polish labor legislation
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to conduct presentations
- Fluent written and spoken Polish and English
