Digital marketing hustlers are looking for a new team member to fill our ranks!

We are in need of a proactive master-communicator eager to develop strong relationships with and within our team. You’ll be a connector between employees and the managerial team making sure we’re all on the same page in terms of goals and values.
Here are a few things we want to see in our ideal candidate:
- Completed courses or minimal experience in a similar position;
- English B2;
- Experience in Performance Review management;
- Experience working with HRM systems;
- High level of emotional intelligence and empathy;
- A people-centered mindset to build strong relationships with our teammates;
- Experience organizing learning or corporate events/volunteering will be a big plus;
- Be our friend. We are all different, so it must be your top priority to make sure each teammate has an equal opportunity to work, grow, and be heard.
Responsibilities:
- Plan human resource, analyze and predict roles needed in future;
- Monitoring employees’ performances;
- Set up various HR tools;
- Stay on top of our human resource process;
- Maintain the onboarding process;
- Organize team activities, corporate events, team building events;
- Guard and nurture our unique culture;
- Update personal and team development plans: online learning, events, webinars, etc.;
- And besides, you will be working with our HR team and CEO, which are really cool guys.
