AI HOUSE is the AI community in Ukraine that brings together talents, experts, and investors and provides quality education in artificial intelligence and machine learning. AI HOUSE is a part of business-ecosystem of Roosh — a Ukrainian company that creates and invests in AI and ML-focused projects, aiming to build Ukraine as the European center for artificial intelligence.

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Partnership Manager for our non-profit organization. You will join a team of 3 game changers led by Bogdan Ponomar. If you are a lifelong learner, passionate about knowledge exchange and dare to go beyond average — welcome to the team.

You will:

— identify valuable partnership opportunities (with universities, non-profit projects, grant organizations), negotiate and finalize deals,

— create new ways to grow the partnerships thought the conferences, training programs, educational initiatives,

— nurture long-term relationships with our partners and suggest new ways of collaboration, 

— ensure our partners get a stellar experience when working with us.

It’s all about you:

— 3+ years of proven experience in similar role (preferably in educational or non-profit domains)

— excellent communication skills, followed by super high diplomacy and a good vibe, 

— experience in building long-term relationships with different partners to find win-win solutions

— creativity, curiosity, nimble mind, and love for experiments,

— solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills, 

— deep interest and awareness of AI/ML trends, products, and research,  

— advanced level of English.
