Personal Assistant at Sleeper

Sleeper is a brand of ethically crafted, high-quality, multipurpose garments designed to help you feel beautiful — regardless if you are wearing Sleeper on the streets, or in the comfort of your own home.

We are looking for a Personal/Executive Assistant to Co-founder Asya Varetsa to handle and optimize personal and business tasks. This position is mostly remote, and occasionally offline.

Mission

Optimize CEO time by providing full support on personal and professional tasks.

Goal

Become the right hand of the co-founder handling personal daily tasks and structuring business tasks and schedules.

Responsibilities:

business:

• Schedule appointments, and maintain work calendar
• Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, work with budgeting
• Filtering and routing messages and emails
• Conducting research and creating reports
• Attending meetings on my behalf and taking notes
• Preparing agenda and reports for meetings as well as keeping follow up tasks on track
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information

personal:

• Managing personal errands
• E-shopping for groceries/household etc
• Managing family calendar
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Full support on dealing with invoices/ finding information
• Managing all the needs and finding the solution for optimizing and minimizing time
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information

About you:

• 1 year of experience in an administrative position.
• Exceptional communication skills, both writing and speaking.
• Fluent English is a must.
• A fan of organization and structure.
• Highly adaptable with an impeccable ability to multitask.
• A geek in modern software and apps for optimizing time.
• A positive person who is eager to learn.
