Product Designer at SQUAD

Responsibilities and Duties

• You will be working with Product stakeholders and engineers based in Ukraine and the US (but be a part of the international SQUAD design team that consists of 14 designers, 1 UX PM and 2 UX Researchers).
• You will design with user needs and business and product strategy in mind, closely collaborating with product and engineering team members.
• You will take UX Research results and real-time data into pixel perfect design solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of experience as Product Designer designing for iOS, Android and Web
• Good knowledge of Sketch or Figma
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence to work with product and QA teams
• Experience working with UX Research teams or conducting research
• Confidence to present and lead discussions about your work with various project stakeholders
• Advanced written and spoken English and experience collaborating with English-speaking teams.

Nice to have

• Experience using, building or maintaining a collaborative design system and library for multiple designers
• Experience leading or participating in constructive design critiques and feedback with multiple designers
• Experience using Framer, Flinto, Axure or equivalent hi-fidelity prototyping tools to articulate interaction design
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in WCAG 2.2 or similar
