We are on the lookout for a Marketing Manager to help us bring this ambitious project to life and realize its full potential, showcasing its unparalleled advantages that stand out in the market.

Key competencies and attributes that define a successful candidate:

• Advanced skills in creative marketing and strategic planning
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in relevant industries
• English at B2 level or higher
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Degree in marketing, business, or related disciplines

How you’ll be contributing:

• In-Depth Market and Customer Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis and study the profiles of target customers for each business
• Creative Idea Generation: Develop and implement original marketing ideas to enhance the positioning of each business and attract new customers
• Technical Brief Management: Develop and implement creative concepts, including design, content, and media strategies, in alignment with technical specifications
• Hypothesis Formation and Testing: Continuously propose and test new marketing hypotheses to optimize promotion strategies
• Analytics and Reporting: Maintain detailed reporting on the results of hypothesis testing and overall effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Collaboration with Sales: Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve the sales funnel and increase conversion rates

Languages:

The main languages of communication in the company are English, Italian, Russian, and Ukrainian. Since our team has many people from the CIS, we also use Russian for better understanding. We do not cooperate with aggressor countries.
