AI Solutions & Innovation Specialist at LITSLINK

We’re looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes AI – someone who constantly explores new tools, follows industry trends, enjoys sharing knowledge, and wants to help teams and clients get the most out of modern AI technologies.

This is not a traditional engineering role. While a technical background is important, your main focus will be helping drive AI initiatives across the company, supporting presales activities, educating teams of trainees, and helping shape our AI expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in presales activities and client meetings alongside Sales and Delivery teams
• Help clients identify opportunities for AI adoption and AI-powered solutions
• Stay up to date with the latest AI trends, tools, frameworks, and best practices
• Organize and facilitate internal AI workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Help teams integrate AI into their daily workflows and processes
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to collect and share expertise across the company
• Contribute to the development of our AI practice and AI-related service offerings
• Support junior specialists and help grow AI awareness across the organization
• Research, test, and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Is genuinely passionate about AI and continuously explores new tools and technologies
• Has a solid understanding of the modern AI ecosystem, including LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, MCP, AI automation, and related concepts
• Has a technical background and understands software development processes
• Enjoys communicating with people and explaining complex topics in a simple way
• Has experience presenting ideas, conducting workshops, training others, or consulting stakeholders
• Is comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Has strong English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher)

Nice to Have

• Experience participating in presales, discovery sessions, or client-facing activities
• Experience in outsourcing, consulting, or technology services companies
• Background in Business Analysis, Product Management, Technical Writing, AI/ML Engineering, Solution Architecture, or AI Consulting
• Personal AI projects, public speaking, blogging, workshops, or educational initiatives
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Copilot, LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, Make, or similar platforms

You DON’T need 10+ years of AI experience to succeed in this role.
