Your impact:

• Execute, manage, and optimize large-scale advertising campaigns across Google Ads, with a strong focus on Demand Gen campaigns.
• Work closely with video creatives for YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns, including creative performance analysis, hypothesis generation, and creative testing.
• Conduct in-depth keyword, audience, competitor, and creative research to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze campaign and creative performance, identify trends, and proactively drive improvements based on data insights.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to maximize ROI and business impact.
• Create clear briefs and collaborate with motion designers and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Develop and implement effective user acquisition strategies focused on performance and scalability.

About you:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Recent hands-on experience with Demand Gen campaigns within the last year.
• Strong understanding of video-first advertising approaches, especially for YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads metrics, attribution models, and performance analysis.
• Experience working with the creative side of performance marketing campaigns and scaling acquisition strategies.
• Intermediate+ level of English or higher.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong business and performance focus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives proactively.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads, DV360, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, or other paid acquisition channels.
• Experience working with video creatives across multiple paid acquisition platforms.
