Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH) is currently looking for Partnership Officer to support implementation of the projects.

About PAH:
Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH) is an international non-governmental organization which since 1992 has been providing humanitarian and development help worldwide. So far, the interventions have been carried out in 46 different countries. By possessing long-standing expertise in the implementation of projects in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, Food Security and Livelihoods, as well as Nutrition and Education, PAH concentrates its global activities on ensuring sustainable and stable development of regions suffering from the consequences of armed conflicts, natural disasters and other humanitarian crises.
PAH has been present in Ukraine since August 2014 delivering humanitarian aid to the most vulnerable of the conflict-affected population. PAH provides assistance to internally displaced people, elderly and single mothers, working in the sectors of food security protection and livelihoods. PAH Ukraine is currently expanding programming from humanitarian to both early recovery and development-oriented interventions that provide sustainable livelihoods opportunities to the affected population.
PAH applies a strict zero-tolerance policy towards sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), sexual harassment (SH), and any inaction in response to such misconduct by its personnel, partners, or stakeholders. The organization is committed to preventing harm, ensuring a safe and respectful environment, and taking timely and appropriate action when harm occurs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To support coordination of the projects implemented by PAH`s partners in Ukraine with focus on Mykolaiv and Kharson oblasts according to the project design and donor requirements;
- Ensuring PAH Project Cycle Management (PCM) process during implementation of the projects in partnership with local actors;
- Supporting timely and high-quality implementation of the projects in accordance with the project proposals and the provisions mentioned in grant agreements;
- Supporting reporting process from PAH`s partners and contributing to reports PAH provides to the donors;
- Regular weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual communication and follow ups with PAH`s partners including filed visits to support partner`s activities;
- Supporting connection between PAH`s partners and PAH respective departments (Program, Operation, MEAL, Security);
- Ensuring collection and proper storage of project-related documentation and data according to PAH and donor requirements;
- Ensuring regular reporting and project-related updates to Partnership Team, Area team, Head of Program and other PAH involved colleagues;
- Ensuring communication and document management with stakeholders of PAH activities (local authorities, NGOs, community leaders);
- As delegated by Partnership Manager, representing partnership department and attending relevant meetings (clusters meetings, meetings with other INGOs, meetings with the donors, internal meetings of PAH etc.);
- To assist with the developing and managing of project documentation;
- To support PAH team with participation in Needs Assessment process;
- Work with other current tasks that may affect the achievements of the final result of the programs.
Partnership Officer will be selected based on the qualification requirements described below:
- Diploma in management, admin, pedagogical, international relationship or other relevant fields;
- At least 1 year of work experience in international or local NGO;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (ability to communicate and write in English at work);
- Understanding of the context in Mykolaiv and Kherson oblasts;
- Understanding of international humanitarian work;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps;
- Good organizational skills and discretion with confidential information;
- Proven ability to handle challenging workload;
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
