About Us

Your Role

As a Analyst, you will support and manage analytical and operational aspects of real estate projects, primarily related to housing programs in New York City. The role combines data accuracy, document analysis, system work, and cross-functional communication to ensure projects are executed correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and verify application and property-related documentation, including complex cases
• Track and manage project data within CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Maintain and update unit selection and applicant data
• Prepare analytical summaries, tables, and internal reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project compliance and accuracy
• Conduct research using industry and city portals related to NYC real estate

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail
• Ability to work with structured data, documents, and deadlines
• Strong communication skills; English level B2+ or higher (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
