Your impact:
- Assisting in researching and analyzing legal risks under the guidance of senior team members, especially in North America and Europe;
- Supporting the implementation of legal compliance across different sectors of business operations (data protection, marketing, payment, consumer rights, etc.);
- Assisting in drafting and revising commercial contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents under supervision;
- Helping in raising awareness about legal requirements within the company;
- Aiding in communications with business partners, law firms, and service providers, ensuring the company’s interests are always represented.
About you:
- Fluent English (including basic legal drafting);
- 1+ year of relevant experience, preferably with an international or top-tier law firm, Big 4, or IT product company; fresh graduates with relevant internships are also welcome;
- Eagerness to learn and develop your legal skills in a fast-paced environment;
- Proactive mindset, with a focus on supporting senior legal team members;
- Ability to simplify legal jargon into understandable terms for other departments;
- Good interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating on various platforms.
Will be a plus:
- Basic understanding of GDPR and other data protection regulations/frameworks;
- Pursuing or planning to pursue international certificates like CIPP/CIPM;
- Knowledge or interest in commercial, compliance, and intellectual property matters;
- Previous participation in university moot court competitions or similar events.
