Zibra AI is a Ukrainian deep-tech company building a platform for creating AI-Generated assets for any virtual world and experience. We aim to speed up and simplify the creation process with the power of Generative AI. Currently, we’re focusing on solving two major content challenges — creating interactive VFX and creating 3D content and characters.

The Senior Full-Stack designer will play a crucial role in our marketing team, leading the creation and implementation of visual designs across digital platforms. With a focus on motion graphics and web page creation, you’ll ensure our digital touchpoints are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and user-friendly. Your expertise will drive the visual direction for projects, enhancing our brand’s presence and impact.
You will:
- Lead the design process for creating compelling and responsive web pages, from concept through to implementation, ensuring a cohesive user experience across all digital platforms.
- Spearhead the design and development of motion graphics for promotional campaigns, product demos, and social media content, bringing our brand stories to life.
- Collaborate with product teams to refine and evolve our UI/UX design standards, creating seamless and engaging user journeys.
- Utilize and integrate the latest design technologies and methodologies to enhance visual content and web page functionality.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, aligning design efforts with strategic business objectives.
- Guide and mentor junior designers, promoting a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
About you:
- Proven track record as a Graphic Designer with significant experience in motion design and web page creation.
- Mastery of design software and technologies (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, UI design, motion graphics, and ads.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, web design standards, and responsive design.
- Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas.
- Project management skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Superior communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in English;
- Will be a plus (Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine).
