Readdle is a pioneering force in the personal productivity space on Apple devices, having shaped the landscape since 2007. Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, the HR Business Partner will work with the senior leaders and the Talent team to drive results, increasing the organization effectiveness and efficiency. This includes implementing Talent programs such as performance reviews, promotions, and action plans resulting from employee surveys. HR Business Partner will partner with the stakeholders throughout the planning and execution for these programs, tying them back to the business strategy. They will also work to improve organizational design and structure, provide change leadership and management coaching, as well as design and deliver management training.

About you: 

  • 8-10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role in the Tech / Product led organizations, with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business setting.
  • Strong leadership skill set with experience of people management.
  • Ability to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and further development of skills.
  • Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent the company professionally.
  • Confidentiality and personal integrity.
  • Excellent English.

Will be a plus:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources management or other within the HR field.
  • German labour law knowledge.
