Key responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Program Managers of the School of Management and EPAM School of Digital Technologies with various administrative tasks
• Prepare presentations regarding student surveys, internships, program structures, etc., as requested
• Help with the organization and coordination of various student events
• Work closely with the Office of the Registrar to support students with document requests
• Assist the Marketing and Administrative teams with student interactions, including deliveries, form submissions, and document signing
• Assist faculty members with on-site classroom setup and lead first-week orientation sessions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and files
• Provide general support and assistance to students, faculty, and staff as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and communication within the program
• Performing other duties

Qualifications and Skills

• Effective communication skills
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian Language
• Work experience in the educational sphere (will be a plus)
• Experience in managing projects (will be a plus)
