Competera uses Big Data and Deep Learning to change the way retailers do pricing. We are known for both: cutting-edge math ‘under the hood’ and for deep expertise in the pricing domain (https://youtu.be/6pXvpC_TLQc) . We are now looking for a Product Designer to turn complicated matters into easy-to-use solutions.
You will build solutions for SaaS web app with a double diamond process model:
- Identify design problems and advise accurate, applicable, and reliable solutions meeting both user needs and business goals
- Implement design layouts (we are Figma ninjas, btw)
- Monitor design system and keep it up to date
- Develop and maintain a complex project from idea to launch
- Integrate CJM into a regular basis
- Create clickable prototypes for your solutions
Our main tools in design process: Figma, Miro, Principle, Notion, Confluence, Jira, Amplitude, FullStory, Maze, Intercom.
Starter-kit needed to join the board:
- Experienced in designing complex web interfaces in B2B, SaaS, CRM-like systems
- Strong UX / UI skill
- Experience in creating CJM
- Knowledge of how to make design layout not only sexy but also comfortable for developers
- Experience in conducting and/or participating in qualitative product research (usability testing, user surveys, etc.)
- Solid experience working with Figma
- English Upper-Intermediate or stronger
Pleasant extras:

- Experience with B2B products in retail
- Understanding of main SaaS metrics
