Job Description 

This is a full-time remote position responsible for managing and improving RiskSeal’s digital presence across owned and paid channels. The role combines website management, SEO coordination, content distribution, social media operations, and performance marketing to support lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth across target markets. 

Key Responsibilities 

Website & Content Management

• Maintain and update multilingual website content (blog articles, case studies).
• Publish new content using CMS tools.
• Coordinate website updates with designers and developers when required.

SEO & Organic Growth

• Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Semrush, or similar tools.
• Identify content and technical SEO improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate implementation with internal teams and external SEO partners.
• Manage link-building and guest posting activities (using Collaborator).

Social Media Management

• Manage company social media channels, primarily LinkedIn.
• Create and publish social media content, including content planning, idea generation, copywriting, and scheduling. Collaborate with the Content Manager when additional content support is required and prepare briefs for the Designer to develop visual assets.
• Monitor brand mentions and industry conversations (using Social Listening Tools). 
• Participation in launching and managing lead-generation and awareness campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, META (ability to set-up promotion of published posts or create separate dedicated campaigns).

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor key website, SEO, and campaign performance metrics.
• Analyze performance results using Google Analytics and Looker Studio.

Requirements 

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (B2B SaaS, fintech, technology, or financial services preferred).
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
• Practical knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Semrush, or Ahrefs)
• Experience managing company social media accounts and paid promotion campaigns.
• Familiarity with GA4 and marketing reporting tools.
• Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English proficiency, both written and spoken.
