Nova Ukraine is an international nonprofit delivering strategic humanitarian initiatives in partnership with trusted teams across Ukraine. Since 2014, we’ve directed over $120 million toward aid for war-affected communities, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and civil society development. At Nova Ukraine, we turn aid into impact. We strengthen civil society and support high-impact initiatives that change lives — and we’re looking for people ready to make a meaningful impact alongside us.

• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams, operational units, and complex systems.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements, driving operational efficiency, and managing systems digitalization.
• Full professional fluency in business English and Ukrainian (written and verbal).
• Authorization to work in Ukraine.
What You’ll Do:
• Direct daily operations and service delivery of in-country infrastructure aligned with the 2026–2030 strategic framework.

• Supervise and mentor operational managers and coordinators in Ukraine.
• Enforce rigorous financial accountability and anti-fraud controls.
• Coordinate logistics and administrative support across HEAL, BUILD, EMPOWER, and ADVOCATE pillars.
• Architect and drive digitalization initiatives across operational software and data systems.
• Manage in-country operational risks and represent the organization before local regulatory bodies.
