Financial and Market Analyst at BURSA Hotels & Cabins

We are on a mission to create the whole new hotel concept by BURSA – BURSA Business Hotel.

BURSA Business Hotel (BBH) is about “affordable luxury”, its minimalistic design is inspired by the famous school of Bauhaus and such architects as Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe, Le Corbusier, Marcel Breuer and Alvar Aalto. The key to understanding BBH is technology. We automate everything that we possibly could from check-in and check-out procedures, keyless door access, cash-less environment, digital concierge & front desk, to self service vending machines with organic food and drinks and much more.
We help our guests to save their precious time, as well as to have a chance to experience the benefits of 21st century technologies during their business trips, without wasting time on formalities. BBH will be quickly expanded in Ukraine and in Europe with over 20 hotels opening in the upcoming 10 years.

🔺We are looking for an analytic who:

• lives or plans to move to Kyiv;
• financial guru, genius mathematician, true hedonist of analysis;
• loves good wine, dreams of a yacht and a helicopter, big international deals and places in the front row in the NBA Finals in Madison Square Garden – knows how many burs need to build for this;
• has experience working in Financial or Analytical departments;
• advanced Excel user;
• advanced English;
• strategic mindset;

🔺Responsibilities:

• building financial models of future hotels;
• researching new markets, according to our development strategy;
• adapting BURSA models to the realities of a city (market), taking into account all the subtleties (fiscal, legal, financial, etc.);
• development of partnership and investment schemes, work with financial institutions;
