Partnership Manager / Outstaff Manager at SPD-Ukraine

And now we are looking for a Partnership Manager to join our team!

Scope of your responsibilities:

• Searching for the partner companies and organizations with the right technical stack and necessary experience and expertise
• Creation of a “White list” of approved partners and regional teams of developers.
• Cooperation with the technical leads of SPD Group for choosing the right list of vendors.
• Cooperation with PMs and technical leads of the partnership vendors.
• Crafting a process of choosing a partner or vendor for a certain project.
• Crafting a process of searching for additional developers.
• Leading a project management process and activity.
• Controlling and checking for the quality of performance of the partnership vendors.

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience.
• Working experience as a Partnership Manager, Outstaff Manager, or in a relevant role.
• Flexible, self-motivated, with strong analytical/quantitative and leadership skills
• Intermediate English is a must.
