Our core product is providing academic writing assistance to customers from English-speaking countries. We help students to endure challenges of academic life and achieve greater results through providing different types of academic assistance services with the main focus on homework help.
Job objective:
- Design and execute product development strategy in accordance with overall company’s strategic idea.
- Ensure long lasting sustainability of the product.
- Improve customer experience. Generate and implement new ideas for sales and market share growth.
- Along with being a strategist you must be ready to face complex engineering, marketing and operational challenges the product has gained throughout the years of its evolution.

List of main responsibilities:
- Manage the entire product life cycle (from strategic planning to tactical activities).
- Develop and execute product marketing strategy (in close cooperation with CMO).
- Gather and analyze customer insights, identify and fill product gaps.
- Continuously improve customer experience and service level.
- Preserve current quality standards of the product and ensure its further enhancement.
- Oversee product business risks and prepare risk mitigation plans.
- Create and maintain product road-map. Translate product strategy into requirements to the team (marketing, development, support).
- Map out business processes. Define gaps and carry out quality improvements.
Main requirements:
- 5 years of product management experience in e-commerce/web-projects.
- Experience in managing large scale teams (including marketing, development, support).
- Proven ability to develop marketing strategies, hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Understanding of software development processes and web technologies.
- Experience of working with the US market is a big plus.
- Technical background is also a big plus.
