iDeals, an International B2B SaaS company, is looking for a People Operations Associate/Office Manager who has an eye for detail, loves to help people, and delivers the best results.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Supervision of all office matters daily;
- Handle miscellaneous office repair, cleaning, and maintenance requests;
- Purchase miscellaneous office supplies (collaborating with various vendors);
- Organization of corporate events (online, offline, Friday’s gatherings, team buildings, etc.);
- Handle business correspondence and presents, including the formal incoming and outgoing letters;
- Provide administrative and executive-level support as needed;
- Help colleagues with their requests;
- Order gifts and branding production both in Ukraine and abroad;
- Participating in travel arrangements for company employees;
- Conduct office inventory;
- Send equipment and other stuff to other offices upon request;
- Congratulate the team on important life events;
- Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff;
- Budget control and payments arrangements (purchase requests and purchase orders handling).
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Upper-intermediate English;
- Previous office management, administrative, or assistant experience is a must;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities;
- High communicational and organization skills;
- Attentiveness to detail, quick learner;
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
