DREAM Hostel Kyiv team is looking for a Receptionists 😀

We are looking for people who are in love with Kyiv and Ukraine. If want to share your love with guests of the city and show warm hospitality to new people in your life – it is just the right place. A friendly attitude combined with a strong work ethic, problem-solving, resilience, great reliability, and timekeeping, plus a passion for continual improvement.

🔘 WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Welcoming our guests;
• Checking guests in and out;
• Storing luggage;
• Booking taxis;
• Selling tours and products;
• Processing payments;
• Responding to requests, phone calls and emails;
• Communicating with housekeepers and the maintenance team;
• Dealing with different OTAs and paperwork.

🔘 REQUIREMENTS:

• Teamwork, to ensure the best standards for our guests. We all need to work together, so communication is key;
• Writing/speaking English;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Ukrainian and Russian language;
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive work-style;
• Multitasking, attentiveness and ability to work under pressure;
• Hard-working, responsible, positive and proactive attitude;
• Ability to take night shifts;

🔘 WHAT WE OFFER:

• Official employment;
• Flexible schedule: 8 hours shifts (up to 16 shifts during the month). Shifts: 07:00-15:00 / 15:00-23:00 / 23:00-07:00;
