EMEA Events & Experiences Coordinator at Patreon

Our user base has doubled in the last year alone, and we have paid over $2 billion directly to creators on our platform. In order to support this level of growth, Patreon is looking for an Events & Experiences Coordinator.

You Will Be Responsible For:  

• Virtual Event Production: Build, manage and produce all virtual events & experiences for Patreon EMEA team
• Event Sponsorship Support: Partner with Brand and Event Managers to bring the Patreon brand to life at key industry events throughout the year.
• Hosted Events Support: Be a key stakeholder for Patreon’s hosted brand events assisting with logistics, production, program and speaker management.
• Field Marketing Support:  Act as the face of Patreon onsite at events, providing valuable information about Patreon, engaging with attendees and encouraging participation in onsite activations.
• Processes and Reporting: Refine event processes with a focus on creating repeatable & scalable integrated marketing campaigns.

Skills and experience you possess:

• 4+ years experience producing brand focused events, both in person and virtual, at every stage of the funnel.
• Experience producing creator facing events
• Expertise in managing a suite of event marketing software.
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams across the org and presenting effective, creative ideas providing clear rationale and insights.
• Outstanding  communication and negotiation skills
• Assist in the production and execution of events through project management, creative design, activity contributing to brainstorming sessions, and client facing presentations and pitches
• Experience being the onsite face of a brand.
• Managing several projects at once and being comfortable in the proverbial fast-paced environment and working within a multicultural team.
• Bias toward action, detail oriented, team player — with the execution skills to make it all count
• Fluent English and advantage with one of these languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian

Projects you may work on:

• Key EMEA Event Sponsorship initiatives with a focus on Germany, Spain, Italy, France, UK&I
• EMEA Virtual workshops & meetups serving creators with a focus on Germany, Spain, Italy, France, UK&I
• Patreon EMEA’s hosted events
