As a Head of Partnerships, you will work closely with companies, build relationships with them and help students
to get a dream job.

We are looking for:
– Partnership Management/Communication manager/Business development experience/Recruitment Experience/Sales Experience;
– Good understanding how IT market for juniors/middle level candidates works;
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize;
– Strong business sense and a passion for using data to make decisions;
– Fluent English.

As a plus:
– Understanding of IT market and basic knowledge of technologies/tools/approaches.

Your tasks will be:
– Development of relationships with companies and make sure they hire our graduates;
– Prepare, present and use data to negotiate and achieve the desired result;
– Prepare student for getting a job offer (conduct HR preparation and schedule mock interviews for them);
– Work closely with the Coordinators and Career Development teams to prioritize best candidates among students;
– Pass companies’ feedback to the Hiring team building the platform to make product better for the companies;
– Increase our student employment rate.
