Apart from helping students obtain professional knowledge in various subjects, we help them upgrade their business English expertise to boost their careers. Thus we are looking for a Business English Teacher to join the Laba Group team.

Our ideal candidate:

• BSc in English Language or English Literature, Master’s degree is preferred
• Minimum three years of experience in teaching Business English
• Knowledge of various teaching/learning methods
• Patient and resilient personality
• Ability to create unique learning programs from scratch
• Ability to conduct lessons in a fun and engaging manner.
• Higher education in the US or Europe would be an advantage.
• We value candidates with excellent communications skills, who are open to new challenges, honest, loyal, and passionate about teaching
• If you have a business background or have experience training business professionals, it is considered an advantage. 

Responsibilities:

• Participate in students’ evaluation together with the Sales department on the stage of course purchase
• Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, course materials, and methods of instruction
• Deliver lectures to students on such topics as Recruitment and HR/ Project management and Finance etc.
• Cooperate with course team members to constantly improve programs and develop new ones
• Evaluate and grade students’ assignments
• Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions
• Maintain regularly scheduled hours to advise and assist students
• Make sure students know how to accurately use the language in negotiations, presentations, business meetings, interviews, and debates.

• Makes sure students know how to use unique vocabulary in formal business and colloquial business jargon;
• Make sure students recognize the features of different genres of business correspondence, such as memos, emails, and business letters.
