UNODC
The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime is the main UN agency in the fight against illicit drugs, crime, corruption and terrorism in virtue of the UN Conventions and Universal Instruments in this regard. The UNODC Regional Programme Office for Eastern Europe is located in Kyiv (Ukraine) and covers three countries of the region: Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova. Under its Strategic Partnership and Programmatic Actions in Eastern Europe for 2017−2023, UNODC is delivering technical assistance to Eastern European countries under the following components: (1) countering transnational organized crime; (2) a comprehensive response to the drug problem (drug trafficking & drugs and health); (3) criminal justice and crime prevention.
