Talent Researcher at ELVTR

ELVTR, an international online education startup with strong Ukrainian roots, is looking for an Instructor Talent Researcher to join our team. We are present in 9 international markets, including the US, Germany, and the UK, and most of our team is based in Ukraine. Our focus is to produce and sell premium online courses delivered by top executives from globally famous companies, aiming to redefine the learning landscape and equip professionals with the skills to achieve their career goals.

As an Instructor Talent Researcher, you will contribute to building a robust pipeline of potential instructors for our courses within the German market. You will conduct systematic LinkedIn research, following our well-established strategies and guidelines.

This remote position is open to candidates anywhere in Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the developed sourcing strategies to identify potential instructors via LinkedIn and other sources.
• Establish initial contact with potential instructors,
• Collaborate with the pre-production team members to understand requirements and execute established sourcing strategies.
• Keep a well-organized record of potential candidates and maintain regular communication.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with LinkedIn as a tool for research and building talent pipelines.
• Upper-intermediate level proficiency in English (both spoken and written). Knowledge of German is a plus.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workable is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, demonstrating strong self-management and initiative.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, perform well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours to connect with team members in different countries.
• Confident user of productivity software and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
