About the role:
As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience across multiple platforms, including web, iOS, and Android. Your primary responsibility will be to collaboratively provide design mockups, ensuring they not only captivate our users but also align seamlessly with our team goals and support the entire development cycle.
What you’ll do:
- Design and deliver solutions consistent with the existing product and its mission.
- Design wireframes, flowcharts for user scenarios/user flows, low and high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
- Communicate new product features to our users through in-app assets and onboarding experiences.
- Build, maintain, and evolve the design system for the product.
- Work with the whole Fluix Design Team to design and deliver consistent experiences across the product, focusing on solving problems for the Fluix customers and business.
- Research and observe customers’ behavior, obstacles, and issues while using Fluix
- Continuously challenge, refine, and improve design processes
- Work in close collaboration with engineers, marketers, Customer Success Managers, and other teams across the company to shape the future of Fluix.
About you:
- 4+ years of product design experience.
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, iOS and Android design guidelines, a sense of typography, composition, and conceptual thinking.
- Proficiency with major design and prototyping tools
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback from users.
- English level is Intermediate or higher
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new skills fast
- Stay in touch with modern design trends
