We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will drive the online presence and personal brand of Awesomic’s founder. The ideal candidate will be experienced in crafting engaging content, building online communities, and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance the founder’s visibility and influence across various social media platforms.

What you’ll do:

• create and implement a social media strategy to increase visibility and engagement on Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, etc;
• develop and curate content that aligns with the personal brand’s values and goals;
• engage with followers and do community management;
• monitor social media metrics and analyze data to optimize performance;
• respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
• manage contractors (for example, video editor);
• generating memes and viral content!

We are a perfect match if you:

• have analytical and creative mindset at the same time;
• have previous experience working in a marketing agency, making creative and viral content;
• can share good results;
• worked as a personal SMM Manager previously (will be a huge plus);
• understand the world of startups and entrepreneurship (especially in the USA);
• are good at working in a fast-changing environment;
• can write and speak English fluently.
