Voyagu is a San Francisco-based travel management company that connects premium travelers with travel experts for better and easier trip planning, booking, and managing.

Responsibilities:
- Actively sourcing qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and social networks.
- Implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Utilizing diverse channels to build a comprehensive candidate pool.
- Pre-screening candidates through resume reviews.
- Sending recruiting emails and following up with potential candidates.
- Assisting in coordinating interviews and providing support throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Have 1+ year of experience as a Researcher/Sourcer.
- Have at least an Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Have experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media, and be familiar with Boolean search.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Take a proactive approach to generating new ideas and innovative candidate search methods.
- Have a sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines.
