Creative Squad is the cross-functional team of designers, illustrators, and motion designers who create all types of content for Readdle consumer products and Readdle as a brand. About the role: As a Product Marketing Designer, you will have the opportunity to shape the visual language and style of Documents and collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Manager on designing emails and enhancing acquisition through web services and social media.
What you’ll do:
Develop impactful in-product communication strategies that enhance user engagement.
Enhance the monetization journey with your touch on motorization flows, paywalls, upgrade banners, success states, web checkouts, store screens, etc.
Execute UI uplift projects to align with seasonal events and celebrations, ensuring a visually appealing user experience.
Weave visual stories for our internal notification center, making Documents even more exciting.
Design emails that users look forward to, delivering important updates.
Create visuals for onboarding and activation flows, for various scenarios, including new features, releases, and experiments.
Showcase your creativity in team presentations, making information come to life.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand across various social media platforms, focusing on Twitter, Product Hunt, and Instagram stories.
Design attention-grabbing artworks for app stores to optimize app visibility.
Craft visually appealing in-app event cards to drive user participation.
Illustrate blog posts with compelling imagery, turning content into an immersive experience.
Drive the design of website content, including home pages, landing pages, and blog stories.
Develop a comprehensive press kit to facilitate external communications.
Design shareable content marketing materials, like templates and wallpapers.
About you:
Proven 3+ years of marketing and graphic-related design experience and expertise working with digital products
Proficient with modern design toolset (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.)
Good knowledge of UI/UX
A decent level of English to feel confident within the international team
You’re able to clearly articulate and present your ideas and hypotheses
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
Highly creative, motivated and detail-oriented
Early adopter and fast learner
Will be a plus:
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects + Lottie/Rave
