Nova Ukraine team is a rapidly growing and expanding non-profit organisation. We are looking for an energetic candidate to work in our office as an Assistant Country Manager who wants to join our mission.
Requirements:
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), Google.
– English language proficiency at Intermediate (B2) level and above.
– Excellent communication and analytical skills, critical thinking.
– Ability to prioritise tasks, responsibility, independence.
– Proactive attitude to work.
– Interest in charitable activities.
Responsibilities:
– Attend and record minutes of meetings, send follow-ups.
– Tracking the status of tasks performed by project managers, collecting information in a single database and reporting.
– Communication with project managers, collection of documentation (Regulations and Policies).
– Preparation of analytical, informational and other materials on behalf of the manager, search for the necessary information (both in Ukraine and abroad).
– Performing administrative tasks and operational support.
Work conditions:
– Flexible working hours (Monday-Friday) in a comfortable office in Kyiv.
