Your impact:
- Come up with fresh and exciting ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Create initial versions and test out these ideas.
- Run creative experiments within advertising platforms.
- Provide helpful feedback to colleagues like User Acquisition Managers, designers, and product teams.
- Order assets and video material from designers, agencies, and influencers
- Contributing to the development and optimization of processes for creative ideas development and testing to align with the marketing department’s goals.
About You:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in market and competitor research and analysis.
- Deep understanding of key marketing metrics (CPI, CTA, CTR, ROI).
- Experience working with technical tasks for designers.
- Experience with running ads on one of the platforms like Facebook, Google, Snapchat, or TikTok.
- Upper-Intermediate English;
- The most important thing is your mindset and desire to generate ideas, come up with solutions to given tasks.
