We are seeking an IT/Technical Support Specialist to join Nova Ukraine team, responsible for providing comprehensive support to both our Ukrainian and US offices. The ideal candidate will excel in managing Microsoft licenses, Google Admin administration, and user management across various platforms including Asana, Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack, and others.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to users in both Ukrainian and US offices, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently.
Manage Microsoft licenses, ensuring compliance and optimal utilization across the organization.
Administer Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) as a Google Admin, including user provisioning, group management, and security settings.
Oversee user management for various platforms such as Asana, Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), Google Workspace, Slack, and others, ensuring smooth onboarding, offboarding, and access management processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service and continuous improvement in technical support processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT/technical support, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance the user experience and productivity.
Required Skills:
Hard Skills:
Ability to provide technical support and coverage during overlapping hours between Ukrainian and US offices to minimize delays.
Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating support tasks to ensure continuous coverage.
Familiarity with remote access tools and techniques to provide timely assistance to users in both locations.
Experience with managing IT infrastructure to maintain reliability and uptime for critical systems.
Knowledge of disaster recovery and contingency planning to mitigate potential disruptions.
Soft Skills:
English language proficiency.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport and collaborating with team members across different time zones.
Flexibility and willingness to adjust work hours to accommodate urgent support needs.
Empathy and patience in providing support to users facing technical challenges.
Proactive communication to keep stakeholders informed of any potential issues or maintenance activities.
