Art Director at Fedoriv Agency

We’re looking for a top-notch Art Director. Like, someone who’s been around the field for at least 2 years and has hands-on experience. If you’re the kind who can visualize any creative idea in a way that could win a Cannes Lion, you might be our Paul Belford.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction and design execution of projects: Ensure our projects scream creativity while keeping an eye on client objectives.
• Be responsible for the art direction of shooting advertising campaigns
• Collaborate: work with the strategists, copywriters and the design crew to develop creative strategies and concepts
• Supervise, guide, and ideate: If you’re just looking to implement, look elsewhere. We want your ideas to light up our boardroom.
• Develop and maintain consistent visual identities and brand guidelines across various marketing channels and platforms
• Stay updated on industry trends: Don’t just stick to the script. Know what’s cooking in the industry and bring it to our table.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining design quality and consistency

Hard Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in art direction and creation of TV advertising with a portfolio of brand-building projects
• Ability to create visuals and presentations independently
• Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate+)
• Strong understanding of design principles: If typography and color theory were people, you’d be going to Friday drinks with them.
• Experience in creating a wide range of design deliverables, including print collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, website designs, and more
• Understanding of branding and ability to develop and maintain consistent visual identities across various platforms and channels

Soft Skills:

• Strong creative vision and ability to conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills: Talk design. Breathe design. Make us and our clients understand and love design.
• Team player: You will be part of a team, even if you sometimes wish you weren’t.
• Attention to detail: If a pixel is out of place, you should notice.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically: Hit a wall? It happens. Now find a way around, over, or through it.
