🙌🏻 What is Awesomic?
Awesomic started in 2020 and in one year grew to 80+ people, 1500+ customers. Awesomic raised $2m investments and was backed by Y Combinator and successful entrepreneurs. Already, 10000+ tasks have been successfully completed within our app and with the help of our matching algorithm!
😎 Within this role, you will:
- process payments to vendors (work with invoices and their accounts);
- asses profitability of the supply side of the marketplace and propose improvements;
- manage corporate cards and expenses;
- facilitate accounting with the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns;
- develop and manage the company’s financial plan and budget (forecasting revenue, expenses, and cash flow to ensure the company operates within its financial means);
- conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
🙌🏻 We’ll be a perfect match if you:
- have 3+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or Business Analyst with a financial background;
- have business or economics education;
- have high-level knowledge of US tax regulations and how to run finances for US companies;
- have understanding of key B2B marketplace financial metrics;
- are a pro at Excel;
- like startups and interested in entrepreneurship;
- have fluent English (writing and speaking);
- are in Kyiv or Warsaw or ready to relocate.
Will be a plus:
- B2B startup experience;
- Big 4 background;
- SQL and Quickbooks knowledge.
