We are looking for an Accountant/ Finance Specialist to join our team in Kyiv. The new colleague will be responsible for the financial operations, coordination of accounting processes and analytical reports preparation for management.

You will:

• Process and maintain day-to-day accounting and finance transactions such as purchase invoices, employees’ travel costs/expense reports, and group transactions for all CIVITTA geographies;
• Manage data loads and quality checks across internal systems;
• Propose and assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features;
• Provide support to colleagues within the responsibility area;
• Maintain work guidelines and end-user guidelines up to date;
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing procedures;
• Assist in the preparation of reporting materials for management.

Requirements:

• Economic or Financial education, could be a last-year student as well;
• 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accountant, business consulting, and auditing (work in international company will be considered as an advantage);
• You feel comfortable with English as your main working language, both verbal and written;
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
• Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills;
• Detail-oriented mindset, ability to multitask;
• Understanding local accounting regulations and international accounting principles would be an advantage.
