The Analytics Implementation team is currently a team of two, a manager and a senior implementation engineer, both highly experienced. The team sits within the Data Platform Team, which comprises Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and ML Ops Engineers – a varied pool of skills, and plenty of people to learn and grow with.
Analytics Implementation Engineer is mainly responsible for supporting the customer in implementing and maintaining web and mobile analytics for a large international job tech platform, with over 50 million visits each month, to deliver the best user experiences and personalization for job seekers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experinece with Google Analytics (v3, some experience with v4 will be a plus) using UTM structures & Campaign Manager
- Creating tags using Google Tag Manager for Analytics and Marketing Technologies
- Setting up and configuring Google Analytics, including the setup
- custom dimensions, filters, channels, goals, custom reports, properties, views, and user management
- Ensure the correct implementation of tracking technologies on existing platforms via audits
- QA tracks changes and investigates any performance issues, providing improvement recommendations
- Present insights and other information to the wider company
- General ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Basic knowledge of web tech including JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML
- Data pipping and modeling using SQL, experience working with any DBs
