Recruiter / HR Generalist at VisionFund in Ukraine

VisionFund in Ukraine is a financial institution aimed at providing loans and other services to small and medium-sized business entrepreneurs. We finance small and medium-sized enterprises to foster further development, create opportunities for income generation, and generate new employment, thus opening up new possibilities to support and grow communities.

We are seeking an RECRUITER with innovative ideas and skills in candidate attraction and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Posting company job vacancies on specialized online resources and utilizing other search channels;
• Actively sourcing and recruiting candidates according to the organization’s needs;
• Conducting prescreen interviews and assessing candidates;
• Maintaining thorough records of each recruitment process and communicating clearly with candidates and colleagues;
• Fully responsible for maintaining the proper filing system/record and personnel files both hard copies and soft copies;
• Ensure the access to the files are kept strictly limited and in line Ukraine policy on data protection and confidentiality;
• Developing and implementing strategies for talent attraction and retention;
• Conducting reference-checking and background-checking.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a high-paced and demanding environment;
• High level of organization and attention to detail;
• Motivated by and committed to the Vision, Mission and Core Values of our organisation;
• English language proficiency at least Upper-Intermediate level.

Preferred:

• Recruiting experience in the financial/banking sector
• Knowledge of labor legislation
