DAI is seeking highly qualified candidates for full-time Regional Office Team Lead role in Zhytomyr to join USAID Governance and Local Accountability (HOVERLA) Activity’s team. Interested candidates should submit their application through the following portal.

Project Background
DAI Global is implementing the USAID-funded Governance and Local Accountability (HOVERLA) Activity, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. This project is designed to support Ukraine advance self-reliant local governance including legislative reforms, participatory strategic planning methodologies, service improvement, local economic development, civil society engagement, and capacity building of sub-national government entities. The Activity has three objectives:
Position overview
The Regional Office Team Lead will ensure that the management of the regional office is efficient. S/he will guarantee coherence and comprehensiveness of the HOVERLA interventions in the targeted areas and the fulfillment of expected activities and results, as detailed in annual workplans, as well as the achievement of indicator goals. The Regional Office Team Lead will coordinate the HOVERLA activities in the respective Oblast and supervise and support regional office staff.
