Social Media Manager at Ralabs

We are seeking a creative specialist to promote Ralabs and our key stakeholders on social media like LinkedIn and X to promote our expertise for partners and clients.

The team

You will join the professional Business Development team and will be closely collaborating with our CEO, Head of Engineering, Marketing and Sales managers. 

The process:

How many stages of the interview are there?

• Interview with the Recruiter – up to 30 min;
• Test task;
• Technical interview – up to 1 hour;

Requirements:

Skills: 

• 2+ years of experience conquering social media.
• Passionate about tech. Loves to read about tech. news and developments.
• Proven experience as an SM management, copywriting or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, specifically X.
• Creativity and ability to generate engaging content.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities:

• Create original content for Ralabs’ and our CEO social media presence.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Marketing team to brainstorm and refine content ideas.
• Provide creative input to enhance the engagement and reach of posts.
• Regularly repost relevant content to maintain an active and engaging presence.
• Actively engage with the audience by liking and commenting on relevant posts.
• Manage first-touch messages with potential clients and partners.
• Schedule and publish pre-prepared content according to the content calendar (ensure all content is uploaded timely and accurately).
• Track and analyze engagement metrics to measure the success of content.
• Provide regular reports to the CEO and marketing team with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest tech trends and SM platform updates.
• Ensure all content and interactions are consistent in messaging.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators as needed.
