Що потрібно буде робити:

• Вести консалтингові проекти від початку до кінця, що включає формування їх візії та сторітелінгу фінального продукту, доведення проекту до кінцевого результату;
• Керувати командою аналітиків як безпосередній керівник для досягнення цілей проекту;
• Виконувати функцію people менеджера для 3-5 аналітиків як функціональний менеджер, виступати в якості ментора;
• Брати участь у комунікації та переговорах з клієнтами, допомагати готувати комерційні пропозиції для нових проектів;
• Менторити команду щодо аналізу інформації з різних джерел та підготовки інсайтів і рекомендацій для клієнтів;
• Брати відповідальність за результат проекту – перевіряти та надавати фідбек щодо звітів та презентацій результатів досліджень, включаючи графіки, таблиці та ілюстрації;
• Разом з командою, розробляти та оптимізувати методології досліджень;
• Виступати в ролі Аккаунт Менеджера для певних клієнтів.

Що ми очікуємо від кандидата:

• Бакалавр/Магістр в галузі економіки/фінансів/соціології або суміжних галузях;
• 2+ роки досвіду в управлінні проектами / консалтингу / фінансах / операційному менеджменті або в суміжній сфері;
• Практичний досвід використання даних (як якісних, так і кількісних) для підтримки прийняття рішень;
• Аналітичне мислення, готовність думати нестандартно;
• Рівень англійської – Upper-Intermediate або вище; здатність ефективно спілкуватися та обробляти інформацію;
• Здатність розкладати складні наративи на зрозумілі інсайти;
• Знання MS Excel і MS PowerPoint або подібних інструментів.

Буде перевагою:

• Володіння значним досвідом у принаймні одній обраній галузі;
• Досвід ведення консалтингових проектів.

What you’ll do:

• Lead Consulting projects from start to finish – that includes setting the vision and storytelling of the final deliverable and steering the final result;
• Manage the team of Analysts as a direct manager in order to fulfill the project goals;
• Cover the people management function for 3-5 Analysts as a functional manager, act as a mentor to the team;
• Take part in client communication and negotiations, help preparing commercial offers for new projects;
• Guide the team in analyzing information from various sources and prepare insights and recommendations for clients;
• Take accountability on the project deliverables – proof-read and give feedback on reports and presentations on research results, including graphs, tables, and illustrations;
• Together with a team, develop and optimize of research methodologies;
• Act as Account Manager for selected accounts.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor / Masters degree in Economics/Finance/Sociology or equivalent;
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management / Consulting / Finance / Operations or related field;
• Proven experience using data (both qualitative and quantitative) to support decision making;
• Analytical mindset, readiness to think outside the box;
• English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher; able to effectively communicate and process information;
• Ability to break down complex narratives into digestible insights that tell the story;
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint or equivalent;

Would be a plus:

• Possessing sorrough domain expertise in at least one selected field;
• Experience leading Consulting projects.
