Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, 10:00am to 7:00pm Ukraine Time
• Permanent work from home

Job Highlights:

We are immediately hiring experienced and talented recruiters to join our team. The job is permanent work from home. It is also on an independent contractor agreement; however, we are looking for recruiters who do not have other jobs that will distract them from this essential job at Bruntwork.

About the job:

At BruntWork, the pace of recruitment is fast and recruiters handle about 8 new jobs a week. The recruitment team is our growth engine so it’s given a lot of support. We religiously use an ATS to help our process and the team proactively helps each other out. Our recruiters connect to hundreds of candidates a month for different outsourced jobs in digital marketing, virtual assistance, customer service, technology, and sales.

• Process the sourcing and hiring of candidates that fit the job requirements
• Get a clear commitment from candidates about working for our clients
• Follow all BruntWork processes regarding hiring and recruitment workflow
• Meet deadline and number of hires per month

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in Recruitment or HR related preferably in a supervisory role if HR.
