dNovo Group is a leading Digital Marketing Agency with headquarters in Toronto that provides unique consulting services for web design and digital marketing to its clients across Canada. We are looking for a seasoned Web Project Manager to join our international team.

Work Expectations:
Available 40 hours per week.
Availability to work in EST Time zone 9-17:00 is essential.
Reachable after-hours and weekends for critical issues.
Fluent English and strong communication are key.
Excellent customer service skills.
Client communication must be top-notch
Assisting clients and internal team over the video meeting, phone, chat and email in resolving website and server-related issues.
Assign, track and Q/A Trello tasks for clients
Technical Abilities:
Being able to resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Issues include but are not limited to:
Website glitches (broken elements on site, contact form delivery, permalink issues, unsecure site, unresponsive site)
Hosting configurations
SSL and domain setup
Troubleshooting email issues
Setting up Google Analytics, Google Search Console and fixing tracking issues
Fixing email issues
DNS setup for website and emails
Basic API configurations
SMTP Setup for contact forms delivery
Basic on-page SEO is required
