EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a strategic Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, focusing on business operations, project management, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong business acumen, capable of handling a wide range of tasks to support the COO in driving the company’s growth and operational excellence.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Provide business-related support to the COO, including data analysis, market research, and preparation of business reports.
- Assist in the development and execution of business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects that support the company’s strategic objectives.
- Streamline processes and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of the JDI-Ukraine office.
- Oversee the preparation and review of business documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare for and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
- Manage logistics for business meetings, conferences, and corporate events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Support the COO in preparing presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Build and maintain relationships with key business partners, clients, and government agencies.
- Represent the COO in meetings and business engagements as required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive support role with a focus on business operations.
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of corporate operations and strategy.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage complex projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive business information.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with government contracting.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related fiel
