Marketing Coordinator at VisionFund Ukraine

VisionFund Ukraine is part of the global network of VisionFund International, which provides credit, savings and insurance services to entrepreneurs and small businesses. After a full-scale invasion in 2022, VisionFund decided to create a non-bank financial institution in Ukraine to support the economic recovery of small businesses and small farmers. VisionFund Ukraine strives to achieve financial inclusion, where entrepreneurs and businesses have access to financial products and services that meet their needs.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our friendly and professional team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, manage the company’s brand identity, conduct market research, and build strong relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.
• Create and distribute content, manage the website and social media channels, monitor media coverage, and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Ensure the organization’s social performance is effectively communicated.
• Support the company’s positive image through organizing events, press conferences, and interviews.
• Create marketing materials for various audiences and ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
• Support of the company’s positive image in the media and among partners.
• Analyze and report on marketing performance, providing data-backed recommendations to senior management for improving future campaigns.
• Highlight the social impact of VisionFund Ukraine.
• Act as an advisor during reputational risks, handle client complaints, and continuously improve client feedback processes to ensure a positive relationship with VisionFund’s clients.
• Interaction with internal divisions of the company to ensure a unified communication policy.

 Requirements:

• University degree / equivalent experience
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of communications or marketing
• Ability to think strategically to identify key trends in the communications industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a high-paced and demanding environment
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Motivated by and committed to the Vision, Mission and Core Values of our organization
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Ukrainian
