Recruitment Assistant at Fedoriv Agency

We’re looking for a proactive, sociable Recruitment Assistant to help us grow and strengthen our talent pool. You’ll analyze applications, communicate with candidates, and independently search for top talent. In this role, you’ll also be building and maintaining a candidate database and network. If you’re creative, detail-oriented, and excited about the recruitment process, we’d love to have you on board. Location? Preferably in Kyiv.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze applications in our recruitment system to find the best fits
• Independently search for top talent and collaborate on recruitment needs (creativity encouraged!)
• Build and maintain a strong network and candidate database
• Conduct the first prescreening interview with relevant candidates and manage the entire candidate’s journey from job description to offer
• Handle contracts with contractors, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Manage expense reporting and payment control like a pro

Hard Skills:

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of contract management and expense reporting will be a plus

Soft Skills:

• Sociability and networking are essential
• Proactivity and a creative approach to every task
• Interest in tackling new challenges and growing within the team
• Attention to detail
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills to handle several things at once
• Excellent time management to keep everything on track
