We’re looking for an eager Junior Content Writer to help us reduce support inquiries and improve customer satisfaction through clear and user-friendly content. Our ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented team members with strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

📍What you’ll do (responsibilities)

• Improve our existing articles on Knowledge Base.
• Update and create new articles to reflect recent features.
• Write engaging and clear emails and notifications to inform clients about new features.
• Сollaborate with the product team to understand the value of new features, and convey them clearly to users.

📍What we look for (requirements)

• English proficiency (C1-C2 level).
• Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Quick learning abilities.
• Friendly mindset.

📍Nice-to-have skills

• Experience in technical writing or content creation, especially in the software sector.
• Familiarity with content management systems, SEO best practices, and customer communication tools is a plus.
• Degree in linguistics, translation or journalism.
• Knowledge of other languages (French, Spanish, German) are always a plus.
