Our goal is to provide flexible technology solutions and the best customer success to enable eCommerce brands to create personalized customer interactions and boost their revenue. We are looking for a Growth Marketer to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, optimize referral campaigns, and drive growth for our clients by leveraging data insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Role Overview:
As a Growth Marketer at Talkable, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth for top e-commerce brands. Your role will involve analyzing performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations, ensuring our clients achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies in partnership with the US Customer Success Team to drive growth for Talkable clients.
Conceive and execute diverse marketing campaigns to increase engagement and customer retention.
Analyze performance data to monitor campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to enhance campaign results and drive growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to establish and execute growth strategies.
Utilize the Talkable admin panel to design, manage, and optimize campaigns, applying HTML/CSS skills learned through internal training.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the referral or performance marketing space.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus (or willingness to learn).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and deliver impactful insights to clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-driven approach to identifying growth opportunities.
Customer-centric mindset, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and results.
Willingness to work late hours (Kyiv time) from 1 pm to 10 pm, Monday to Friday.
